Units Scale

Produce

  • 1 bunch kale (washed and stems removed)
  • 1 lemon (peeled and quartered)
  • 6 stalks celery (washed)
  • 1 large cucumber (peeled and cut into long strips)
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 green apples (cored and sliced)
  • 1 inch piece ginger (peeled)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Remove kale stems and peel the lemon and cucumber. Core and slice the green apples. Peel the ginger.
  2. Juicing: Add all the prepared ingredients to a juicer. Process them to extract fresh green juice.
  3. Serve or Store: Pour the juice into a glass and serve immediately for maximum freshness. Alternatively, store any leftover juice in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Notes

  • This recipe combines nutrient-rich kale, hydrating cucumber, and sweet green apple for balanced flavor.
  • Use organic produce when possible to avoid pesticides in raw juice.
  • If you don't have a juicer, a high-speed blender can be used, then strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag.
  • Drink the juice fresh to retain maximum nutrients and flavor.
  • Adjust ginger amount to preferred spiciness.
