- Dip the pretzels: Using a fork, carefully dip each pretzel into the melted chocolate, fully coating it. Allow excess chocolate to drip off before placing it on the prepared parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Add peppermint topping: After coating 5 to 10 pretzels, sprinkle crushed peppermint candy on top while the chocolate is still wet. Repeat this step until all pretzels are coated and topped with peppermint.
- Remelt chocolate if needed: If the chocolate thickens while working, briefly re-melt it for about 20 seconds in the microwave to keep it smooth and dip-ready.
- Set and cool: Let the pretzels sit at room temperature until the chocolate is fully set before moving or packaging them.
